Table2Table Compost

Table2Table Compost is diverting organic waste from area landfills.  The program diverts food waste from over 10 area resturants.  Then, we combine the food waste with diverted wood mulch.  After turning this mixture for 8 weeks, Ecology Action is producing roughly 9 cubic yards of compost each week.  Currently, EA is using the compost to remediate Circle Acres' soil.  EA has plans to bring the product to market in the new future.

Ecology Action is Austin's downtown recycling center. We are located at 9th Street and IH-35. We are open to drop recycling materials 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. (Please don't leave materials we do not take after hours). We are staffed 9am-5pm, 7 days a week except on major holidays and May Day (May 1st).
