Get Involved
Revenue generated by material sales meet one third of our
operating expenses. Volunteers and support from our individual and business
partners are essential to maintain our quality recycling services and to
expand our current educational programs.
Since 1970, Ecology Action has been recognized as a pioneer
in Central Texas recycling, and has been instrumental in leading
the Austin community in effective and innovative environmental
programs. This dedicated organization should be commended for its
outstanding work.--- Former Austin Mayor Kirk Watson.
Become a Volunteer!
Ecology Action has a number of volunteer opportunities for anyone who wants
to help. Maybe you..
- can help on our disposal dictionary links. Seems like they are
always going out of date. Can you check some for us? Or - are you a web designer who can help with our web page, or
- a mechanic who can help with our vehicles.
- a commercial electrician
